Spiro owns Vatoci Hair Studio and continues to inspire his hairstylist with his cutting approach to to color and inventive techniques.

Why did you want to become a stylist?

I was fascinated by the way   you can change someone`s appearance and how you can recreate things .you can even change how people feel about themselves. It is   rewarding when somebody says to   you, you are a day maker, "you just made my day" .

What excites you about performing hair color services?

The whole transformation thing . Color is a change that is constantly evolving .You can let client keep their length or style yet provide an avenue for a different kind of transformation.

What do you like best about your job?

With my job, both being an owner and behind the chair, I enjoy the instant appreciation you get from a client and co-workers . When you`re in a salon doing hair color, it's an immediate "thank you". I love it!" I hear that ten times a day on a daily basis. People are appreciative both physically and emotionally. They say "Wow. I didn't know I could look this good. As a leader in my salon I enjoy giving in all my experience earned over the years to my stylists, train, mentor, and coach them, to transition them from a job mode as they start at the beginning, into a career mode as they progress and grow. It is incredible to see this phenomen happning in my salon and changing people's life one at a time.
